Delivery
How long will delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please see the listing for dispatched time frame.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging. This is excluded for bespoke / perishable items.
How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your returned item and subject upon checking. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! This is subject to your original order. Contact me to discuss an exchange, and i'll help you find the perfect replacement.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact me immediately with photos of the damage goods and packaging and I'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
